TERMS & CONDITIONS

Booking and Payment:

• Payment is required to secure a booking for any of Georgina Elle's services.

• Payments can be made through the provided online payment methods.

Booking Confirmation:

• Upon successful payment, clients will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of payment.

 

Scheduling Appointments:

• Appointment dates and times will be arranged via email communication with Georgina Elle.

 

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations are accepted up to 72 hours before the scheduled appointment.

• To cancel, clients must notify Georgina Elle via email at contact@georginaelle.com.

• Refunds for cancellations made within the stipulated timeframe will be processed promptly.

Late Cancellations and No-Shows:

• Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled appointment will not be eligible for a refund.

• No-shows without prior notice will not be refunded.

 

Rescheduling:

• Clients may request to reschedule appointments with reasonable notice.

• Rescheduling requests will be accommodated based on Georgina Elle's availability.

Refunds:

• Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe for cancellations made within the stipulated 72-hour window.

Client Responsibilities:

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information for booking and communication purposes.

• Clients are encouraged to check their email regularly for updates and communication regarding their appointments.

Service Duration:

• The duration of each service is as specified on the respective service offering page.

 

Liability:

• Georgina Elle reserves the right to modify or cancel appointments in unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, clients will be promptly notified, and alternative arrangements will be discussed.
