REFUND POLICY - THE BASICS

Refund Eligibility:

  • Refunds are eligible for cancellations made within the 72-hour window before the scheduled appointment.

Refund Process:

  • Clients must initiate refund requests by contacting Georgina Elle via email at contact@georginaelle.com

  • Refund requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe following the approved cancellation.

Late Cancellation Refunds:

  • Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled appointment are generally not eligible for a refund.

  • Exceptions may be considered in extenuating circumstances, and clients are encouraged to communicate the reasons for the late cancellation.

Service Disruptions:

  • If a service is disrupted or deemed unsatisfactory due to technical issues or unforeseen circumstances on Georgina Elle's end, clients may be eligible for a refund or rescheduling, depending on the nature of the disruption.

Refusal of Service:

  • Georgina Elle reserves the right to refuse or terminate services if a client violates the agreed-upon terms or engages in inappropriate behaviour.

  • In such cases, refunds may not be granted.

Failure to Attend:

  • No-shows without prior notice are not eligible for a refund.

  • Clients unable to attend an appointment are responsible for timely communication and may be eligible for rescheduling or refunds according to the cancellation policy.

Refund Amount:

  • Refunds, when approved, will be processed for the full amount paid for the service.

Communication of Refund Status:

  • Clients will be notified via email regarding the status of their refund request.

Policy Review:

  • This refund policy is subject to periodic review and may be updated without prior notice.
